HOL4B (contact: OH WANG JIN, [email protected]) operates Android Idle Relic Tycoon (com.hol4b.idlerelic). Game progress, regional coins, expedition gems, facilities, managers, relic queues and album, reward and purchase delivery records, language, sound and notification preferences, and a local player ID are stored on this device. Up to 1,000 recent diagnostic events are also stored locally. We provide no proprietary game server, cloud save or cross-device synchronization, and do not send this complete local save to a HOL4B server. The local ID is separate from Google advertising, Play Games and RevenueCat customer IDs.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may collect and share approximate location derived from IP addresses, device/account identifiers, app and advertising interactions, crash, diagnostic and performance information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The game requests no precise GPS location, contacts, microphone or photo access. Google UMP presents privacy choices where required; advertisements are requested only when its SDK permits requests. When required, Settings can open Google's advertising privacy choices. Rewarded advertising is optional. The optional game analytics and crash diagnostics described below are controlled separately from advertising privacy choices.

Google Play Games is an optional platform service using a profile managed by Google. Google processes player identifiers, display names, profiles, scores and unlocked achievements for authentication, achievements and leaderboards, as well as SDK diagnostics and analytics. Profile and score visibility follows Google Play Games settings and the feature used. No HOL4B registration is required; you can play without connecting. There are no cloud game saves. You can delete game data or your profile through Google Play Games; doing so does not automatically delete or restore your local progress.

Google Play processes payments and RevenueCat verifies purchase history and benefits. Google and RevenueCat process products, orders, transaction status, receipts or purchase tokens, RevenueCat customer identifiers and related device/service information. RevenueCat uses information for purchase verification, entitlement management and purchase analytics. HOL4B does not directly collect card numbers or bank accounts. The RevenueCat SDK uses a customer identifier without separate name/email registration in this app. SDK communications with Google and RevenueCat are encrypted. Provider retention and deletion follow their policies and applicable law.

Return notifications are scheduled locally only when enabled by you and permitted by the operating system. You can disable them in game or device settings; local notification scheduling does not send game data to a HOL4B server. Your email address and information sent to support are used to reply and resolve problems, then deleted when no longer needed, except records required by law. Do not send unnecessary personal information, payment credentials or passwords.

Clearing app data or uninstalling deletes local game records. In-game progress reset resets growth but preserves purchase benefits, balances and reward records as explained in the app. Local progress, consumable balances and rewards may not be recoverable after uninstalling, clearing data or changing devices. Manage or delete Play Games data through Google's profile controls, and advertising data through Google's account/advertising controls and policies. This contact is not an automatic tool to erase all providers' data; legal obligations, purchase rights or fraud investigations may limit deletion.

The game is intended for users aged 13 or older. It does not collect birth dates or verify age. Applicable law may require a guardian's consent for a minor's use or purchases. Your privacy rights: Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent or a portable copy, where applicable law provides these rights. A legal representative may contact us where permitted by law. We may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity and locate the record; never send passwords or payment-card details. HOL4B handles requests concerning its support records and RevenueCat purchase processing and coordinates with the processor where needed. Google profile and advertising data can also be managed through Google. We explain any lawful refusal or limitation. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing optional consent does not prevent core gameplay, but affected advertising or platform features may be unavailable.

Providers and international processing: RevenueCat, Inc. processes purchase information for HOL4B as a service provider/data processor. Its published infrastructure and subprocessor locations include the United States. Google processes advertising, payment and Play Games data under its service policies, on servers around the world, including outside your country. SDK data is transmitted through encrypted network connections during service initialization, use and purchase verification, for the purposes described above. Records are retained only as needed for those purposes, purchase rights, dispute handling or legal requirements, according to the applicable provider arrangements. Protection and processing grounds: We use Android app-private storage for local records and encrypted SDK communications. When HOL4B no longer needs records it controls, it deletes them, unless retention is required by law. Processing necessary to deliver requested purchases or respond to support, consent where required for optional features, and applicable legal duties provide the relevant grounds under applicable law. We do not treat installation alone as consent to every optional purpose. This game does not use personal-data profiling to make decisions on employment, lending or similar legal matters.

Service status and updates: The app requests a small configuration file from the HOL4B website to display maintenance and update notices. The request includes the app version; the website and its hosting/security provider can receive the IP address and ordinary request metadata to deliver and protect the service. This request does not include game progress, balances, purchase receipts or a player/account identifier. It does not provide cloud saving.

Optional game analytics and crash diagnostics: We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the game. If you allow this in the app, we send Google growth milestones, app and product-screen usage, advertising and purchase-flow outcomes, app-instance and installation identifiers, device, operating-system and app-version information, and error/crash diagnostics and related usage records. Analytics may derive approximate location from IP addresses. Automatic collection by advertising and purchase SDKs also follows the respective service descriptions and settings. Custom events do not contain your complete game save, local player ID, Play Games profile ID, RevenueCat customer ID, purchase receipts or tokens, or email address. In-game coins and gems are not reported as real payment revenue.

Analytics and crash diagnostics are off by default and are not required for core gameplay. Collection starts after you allow it, and you can turn it off in Settings. Turning it off stops further analytics/error-report collection, resets the device's Analytics data and requests deletion of unsent crash reports. This does not immediately delete records already sent to servers. Contact [email protected] to exercise rights concerning past records; we may need the minimum additional information or the provider's cooperation. This analytics choice does not itself enable advertising-ID collection, Google advertising user data or personalized advertising. Google UMP manages advertising privacy choices separately.

Provider and retention: Google processes this information for these purposes, potentially on servers outside your country. Firebase communications use encrypted connections. Analytics event and user data follow the retention period configured for the property, which may differ from aggregated reports. Under its official policy, Crashlytics retains related crash information and identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems.
