What should I include?
Your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help; remove personal information first. Never send your AI account password or API keys.
Does the app know when my tokens reset?
No. OutOfTokens does not connect to your AI accounts or measure token usage. Set a reminder using the reset time shown by your AI app. When it arrives, check your AI app for availability.
How do I set a reminder?
Tap I’M OUT or I JUST NEED A BREAK, then SET A RESET REMINDER. Choose a preset, custom hours and minutes, or a future date and time. Enable Notify me to request a local notification. You can leave OutOfTokens while you wait. Returning with I’M BACK cancels that session’s reminder.
Why didn’t I receive a notification?
Check that Notify me was enabled and that notifications are allowed for OutOfTokens in your device settings. On Android, choose Allow precise reminders in the app to grant Alarms & reminders access. Without that access, Android may delay an alert. Reopen the app after changing notification permissions. Focus, Do Not Disturb, battery restrictions, or force-stopping the app can affect alerts. The reminder means the time you selected has arrived; it cannot confirm an AI service’s availability.
What does the live count mean?
It counts app installations recently active within the previous two minutes. Out of tokens, taking a break, and looking around are separate categories. Website visitors are not included. Zero is a real count; a connection problem is shown separately. Humanity Pulse is a visual animation, not a health measurement.
Can I replay a game?
Yes. Logic, Memory, and Numbers each offer a daily puzzle with unlimited attempts. Every newly completed round earns one Humanity. Your best verified time for the UTC day is used for the anonymous daily ranking.
Can I use the app without joining the community?
Yes. Choose USE ON THIS DEVICE (iPhone) or Keep my records local (Android) on first launch. You can still view shared totals and use local games, breaks, reminders, and personal Humanity. Your installation does not join live presence or online rankings. To change this later, open Privacy & Support (iPhone) or Privacy & data (Android) on Home and change Live community.
Where is my account?
OutOfTokens has no sign-in account. Your installation has a random identifier and local progress. Removing the app and its local data can remove that progress; there is no account-based recovery.

Open Privacy & Support (iPhone) or Privacy & data (Android) on Home for the privacy policy, community choice, and Delete my data. Server deletion needs a connection. If it fails, your history is kept, community participation is turned off, and you can retry. Use deletion before uninstalling if you want to remove the installation’s server records.
