This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Ruffdoku (“the App”, “we”, “us”), published by HOL4B, handles information when you use the App. By using Ruffdoku you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not require an account and do not ask you for personal information. Ruffdoku has no sign‑up, login, or profile.

• Game data stored on your device. Your level progress, best times, streaks, team choice, and settings are saved locally on your device (browser local storage inside the app). This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is removed if you delete the App.
• Advertising data (via Google AdMob). The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier (e.g. IDFA), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and operating‑system information, and ad‑interaction data.

How information is used

• To run and save your progress in the game.
• To display advertising, which keeps the App free, and to measure ad performance and prevent fraud.

Advertising & tracking

We use Google AdMob to show ads. On iOS, the App asks for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking that uses your advertising identifier across apps and websites:

• If you allow tracking, you may see ads more relevant to you (personalized ads).
• If you ask the app not to track, you will still see ads, but they will be non‑personalized.

You can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and limit ad personalization in Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.

Third‑party services

Ad services are provided by Google. Their handling of data is governed by Google’s policies:

Children’s privacy

Ruffdoku is a general‑audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address it.

Data retention & deletion

Game data lives only on your device; uninstalling the App deletes it. Advertising data handled by Google is retained according to Google’s policies.

Security

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, there is no developer‑side account data to breach. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own security practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
