MindMeter は、1日1回・60秒間、世界中の利用者が同じ問題を解き、その結果を一つの数値として記録・比較するエンターテインメントアプリです。医学的な診断ではありません。
本ポリシーは、HOL4B（以下「当社」）がモバイルアプリ MindMeter（以下「本アプリ」）に関連して情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
以下の情報は端末内（UserDefaults / SharedPreferences）にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると同時に消去されます。

匿名認証 ID は氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号とは一切結び付いていない仮名の識別子です。ただし「その ID がその日に本アプリを利用した」という利用記録が残ります。スコア区分ごとの人数は、誰がどのスコアであったかを保存しないため、個人を特定できません。
本アプリは Google AdMob を通じて広告を表示します。広告の配信および測定のため、Google は上記の情報を収集・処理する場合があります。許可されている範囲において、パーソナライズド広告に利用されることがあります。当該処理は Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って Google が行います。
iOS では、トラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログが表示される場合があります。許可されない場合、広告は引き続き表示されますが、パーソナライズされません。設定はいつでも iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」から変更できます。Android では「設定 > Google > 広告」から広告 ID をリセットまたは削除できます。
本アプリは以下を収集しません。
当社は取得した情報を販売しません。上記に記載した目的の範囲で、Google（AdMob・Firebase）に対して提供します。
データは Cloud Firestore のソウルリージョン（asia-northeast3）に保存されます。ただし Google のインフラストラクチャの性質上、運用・サポートの過程において国外への移転が生じる場合があります。
writers/{uid}（匿名 ID と測定日）は、90 日経過後に自動的に削除されます。1日1回の制限は当日にのみ必要であるため、それを超えて保持しません。shards）は個人を特定できない統計値であるため、継続して保存されます。本アプリは匿名 ID のみを用いるため、利用者ご自身が特定のデータを指定して削除を請求することはできません。この点を以下のとおり率直にご案内します。
本アプリは13 歳未満の方を対象としていません。当社は意図的に 13 歳未満のお子様の情報を収集しません。13 歳未満のお子様の情報を取得したことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。
送信されるデータは転送中に暗号化されます。ただし、インターネット上の通信および保存について、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせすることがあります。

MindMeter is an entertainment app in which users around the world solve the same set of questions once a day for 60 seconds, and record and compare the result as a single number. It is not a medical diagnosis.
This Privacy Policy explains how HOL4B (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile app MindMeter (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The following is stored only on your device (UserDefaults / SharedPreferences) and is not transmitted to us. It is deleted when you delete the App.

The anonymous authentication ID is a pseudonymous identifier that is not linked to any name, email address, or phone number. However, it does leave a usage record indicating that “this ID used the App on this date.” The per-band counts do not record which user received which score and therefore cannot identify an individual.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process the data listed above. Where permitted, this may be used for personalized advertising. This processing is performed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
On iOS you may be shown a prompt asking for permission to track. If you decline, ads will still be shown but will not be personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads.
We do not sell your information. We share it with Google (AdMob, Firebase) only for the purposes described above.
Data is stored in the Cloud Firestore Seoul region (asia-northeast3). However, due to the nature of Google’s infrastructure, transfer outside that region may occur in the course of operation and support.
writers/{uid} (anonymous ID and measurement date) is automatically deleted after 90 days. The once-per-day limit is only needed on the day itself, so we do not retain it beyond that window.shards) are aggregate statistics that cannot identify an individual and are retained on an ongoing basis.Because the App uses only an anonymous ID, you cannot identify and request deletion of your specific data. We state this plainly rather than promising something we cannot perform.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have obtained such information, we will delete it promptly.
Transmitted data is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes we may also notify you within the App.

익명 인증 ID는 이름·이메일·전화번호와 전혀 연결되지 않은 가명 식별자입니다. 다만 "이 ID가 이 날 본 앱을 이용했다"는 이용 기록은 남습니다. 점수 구간별 인원 수는 누가 어떤 점수를 받았는지를 저장하지 않으므로 개인을 특정할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 게재와 측정을 위해 Google이 위 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있으며, 허용되는 범위에서 맞춤 광고에 이용될 수 있습니다. 해당 처리는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 Google이 수행합니다.
iOS에서는 추적 허용을 묻는 안내가 표시될 수 있습니다. 허용하지 않으셔도 광고는 계속 표시되지만 맞춤형으로 제공되지 않습니다. 설정은 언제든 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 변경할 수 있습니다. Android에서는 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
당사는 수집한 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 위에 기재한 목적 범위에서 Google(AdMob·Firebase)에 제공합니다.

본 앱은 만 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 정보를 취득한 사실이 확인되면 신속히 삭제합니다.
전송되는 데이터는 전송 구간에서 암호화됩니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송과 저장에 대해 절대적인 안전성을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
본 방침을 변경할 경우 이 페이지를 갱신하고 최종 갱신일을 수정합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 때는 앱 내에서 안내드릴 수 있습니다.
