This Privacy Policy explains how HOL4B (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Furball (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect information that identifies you personally (such as your name, email, or phone number).

• On-device data: Your game progress, scores, coins, upgrades, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
• Advertising data (via Google AdMob): see Section 2.

2. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process data such as your device’s advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA), IP address, general device information, and ad-interaction data. Where permitted, this may be used for personalized advertising. This processing is performed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

We also use Apple’s SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving measurement of advertising campaigns.

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, we request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking for personalized advertising occurs. You may decline, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining does not affect your ability to play the game.

4. Data sharing & selling

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising data is collected and handled by Google (AdMob) as described above; we do not receive personally identifiable information from it.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.

6. Your choices

• Opt out of tracking via the iOS ATT prompt or in iOS Settings.
• Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
• Delete the App to remove locally stored game data from your device.

7. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above.
